What some of our clients have to say...

Happiness really does start from within!

Holding a Colorful Bouquet

Sue has an amazing perception of people with the ability to know you better than you know yourself! Sue mentored me at the very start of my career, identifying my personal profile and helping me choose a career path I was passionate about. Sue helped me prepare and create a presentation for an interview, I ended up getting the job and started a career I love. Would strongly recommend sue as a mentor and coach

When I was told I would need chemotherapy I knew I would lose my hair.  Panic set in, how would I manage this? Would I use a wig? Where would I get one?.......... Luckily for me I met Sue who had all the answers.

Sue helped me from the start - from trying and choosing a wig, to scalp treatments when my hair had all but gone to supporting my new growth, and I now have more hair than I did to start with!!

I count myself very lucky to have found Sue and will remain always grateful for her help and support during my journey and I can't recommend her enough.

I have known Sue for 25 years, she has been my hairdresser for that time.

Her knowledge of hair and her love of hairdressing is obvious to all of her clients. Sue also goes that one step beyond, her approach is holistic and as well as nurturing your hair she looks at  you as an individual, if your hair is not healthy there is a reason for this and Sue will always consider the bigger picture.

I had breast cancer and had to have chemotherapy unfortunately that caused me to lose my hair.  Sue helped me through one of my darkest days when my all my hair had fallen out, in fact she was the first person that showed me how to wear a wig and gave me the confidence to leave the salon wearing it.  I can’t tell you how good that made me feel.

Throughout my cancer journey she helped me cope and eventually prepared my scalp for when my hair started to grow back.

My hair is now back and I have say that it’s better than ever.  I trust Sue to always give me the best advice and help, after all your hair should be your crowning glory.

I have known Sue for more than 20 years. During that time, I have witnessed Sue’s development and intense training programs that have transformed Sue from not just being a wonderful Hairdresser but becoming an incredible Wellbeing Consultant.

Sue’s exceptional knowledge gained over the last 40 years has enabled her to assess peoples wellbeing, listen and understand their problems and advise and put together a program of healing either by using homeopathic tissue salts and or homeopathic oils combined with advanced hair and scalp treatments. Sue uses all of the knowledge she has gained to positively affect your mood and general state of mind. Every time I visit Sue for my Hair I always feel energised and inspired. Sue is inspirational, hardworking, professional, focused individual who conducts herself with the utmost integrity and honesty. I would not hesitate to recommend Sue Mcloughlin as a suitable person to help vulnerable people, she would offer incredible support and help to anyone she came into contact with.

I am Wren's mum, in December you helped us out with some tablets to sort Wren's chicken pox as she decided to come down with it 7 days before we were due to fly to Lapland.

I can't remember when we received the tablets now but I feel like she started the full dose from the Wednesday. At that point spots were still appearing and she was feeling very sorry for herself. High temperature and very itchy, miserable and sleepy. At that point I thought there was no way she was going to go on holiday, even if they let us on the plane there was no way she was going to enjoy it.

However, within 24hrs she totally turned around. I continued with the oat baths alongside the tablets and they started drying up and she became much happier in herself. She was also less itchy which improved her mood no end!! By Friday she was pretty much back to normal, spots weren't bothering her in the slightest. On the Sunday not only did we get on the plane without anyone stopping us (we did have a fit to fly letter by that point, but we never needed it) she had the most amazing holiday and fully enjoyed every moment.

We are now at two months later and she only has two marks, both on her body and both were the first two and nastiest spots to appear. None of the face ones scared, neither did any of the others.

I've attached some photos for you from when they were at their worse and then one taken on the plane. I'm afraid I don't have any of how they healed on her body - I was too stressed about the holiday by that point!

Thank you so much for your help that week, it was totally amazing.
