Organic Healthy Liver & Kidney Herbal Tea
Two powerful herbs, East Asia’s Bupleurum Root and Java’s Cat Whiskers, are known to have extraordinary healing properties for the liver and kidney, respectively. Vervain gently stimulates and encourages healing of the liver, whilst also reducing swelling, detoxifying and activating the blood. Burdock root also purifies the blood, stimulating the kidneys to rid the body of excess fluid and helps the liver produce it’s own cleanser; bile. Dandelion is a kidney tonic; it stimulates bile production to improve digestion and minimise waste reaching the kidneys. Milk Thistle protects the liver from toxins, disease and inflammation and aids in cell repair, working with Rooibos to reduce oxidative stress.
 
Note: This tea will taste bitter which directly helps the liver and kidney, adding a slice of lemon will help with the flavour and additionally help these organs to activate.
